("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, concerning your access to and use of the AlphaSentra website (https://x.alphasentra.com) and our application (https://app.alphasentra.com) (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. No Financial Advice & Risk Disclosure

AlphaSentra is a data aggregation and simulation tool. We are not financial advisors.

The content provided on the Service, including AI-driven simulations, market sentiment analysis, and predictive models, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should not treat any opinion or data expressed on the Service as a specific inducement to make a particular investment or follow a particular strategy.

Trading in financial markets (Stocks, Crypto, Forex, Commodities) involves a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of your entire capital. You assume full responsibility for any trading decisions you make.

 3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AlphaSentra Ltd. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AlphaSentra Ltd.

4. User Accounts & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AlphaSentra Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
